My wife's case does not have any LUD (soft/hard) since 09/24, while mine has latest LUD 09/30. That's why I am worried, that there is no update on that case.

A couple of years back, my wife, who was on OPT back then moved from OH to TN. All she had to do was to give the written test in TN to get the TN license.
Also, from my past experiences, I can suggest you to try again by going to a different DMA. Speak to the manager, if possible and reason with him/her. Good luck!
Actually, I took all my documents and initially I was issued Maryland driver's license then he saw this note and called his supervisor and his supervisor cancelled Maryland Driver's license and gave me back Ohio driver's license. May be its matter of whether someone looks your ohio driver's license carefully or not. but bottomline now, I am not able to get Maryland driver's license.
Should I goto different DMA? is it illegal if someone gave me Maryland license even though there is "non renewable/non transferable" written?

I would suggest to build a wind mill and generate own power next winter :D
My a** was burned with big electricity bill last winter when I was in apartment . If I put 70 hall will be very hot and bed room will be very cold. If I put 75 bed room is ok but people in hall are sweating. No proper control because of poor maitenance and also the apartment location.
You will be surprised I am paying less power bill now in new house of 2500 SQFT than I was paying in 1100 SQFT apartment (with no one at home from 8 AM to 6 PM and all lights off by 10.30 PM).
I am repeating myself, most of the times it is because of the poor maintenance of the heating system. That causes the system to run all the time.Ask how long ago the management did maintenance to the heating system (not just replacing the filter twice a year which doesn't do anything other than clean air)

It could be anything but approval of your case, since you are not current. Any change they made on you case will result in a LUD. A guy here got a LUD because somebody reentered his address. But since you got so many in so short period of time, it is very likely they are looking at your case. But when they reach the point that they have to make a decision on your case, let's just say your case is approvalble otherwise, they'll send your case on visa hold (because you are not current), and send your file to some visa hold shelf based on your PD and chargeability. When your PD become current, they'll approve it.

Tried taking some motocross pictures at a local practice track, I hope to do this more. I didn't have time for more angles, I'd like to try a hairpin for some gravel spray at accelleration too. Had some problems with the timing as this is my first time with this sport, lots of cut off heads and feet. :)
Something I notice myself is that maybe I should try shooting with a longer shutter time (how long?) to get some movement in the wheels? I'd appreciate any tips!

Do you think there are only 61K nurses waiting in line?

I am not sure how important the processing dates update, If you look in , there are many approvals whose processing dates are well beyond Jul 17 (for TSC). This makes me question what is the processing date updates mean?
It means ALL the cases filed before 7/17/07 have been processed, doesn't mean they are not working on cases beyond july 17th.
